Get off at the 'Ieper' stop. Once you arrive in Ieper, transfer to bus number 3 towards 'Zillebeke'. After about 10 minutes, get off at 'Canadalaan'. The Sanctuary Wood Museum will be a short walk from the bus stop, located at Canadalaan 26.
Train and Bus
Start your journey at Ostend train station. Take a train towards 'Brugge' and change trains at 'Brugge' for the train to 'Ieper'. This journey should take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Ieper, exit the train station and walk to the bus stop nearby. Take bus number 3 towards 'Zillebeke' and get off at 'Canadalaan'. The Sanctuary Wood Museum is just a short walk from the bus stop at Canadalaan 26.
Walking

Bicycle
For a more active route, you can rent a bicycle in Ostend. Once you have your bike, head towards Ieper via the designated bike paths. The ride will take about an hour. Upon reaching Ieper, follow the signs to Zillebeke; the Sanctuary Wood Museum is located on Canadalaan 26. Make sure to take the scenic routes along the way for beautiful views!
