Walking
If you are starting from the Ostend train station, exit the station and head towards the main street, Kapucijnenstraat. Turn left onto Kapucijnenstraat and continue walking until you reach the intersection with the main road, Oosteroever. Cross the road and continue straight onto Visserskaai. After about 10-15 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Visserskaai écluse, which will be on your left.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Ostend train station, you can take bus number 1 towards Oosteroever. Board the bus at the station and ride for about 5 stops. Get off at the 'Oosteroever' stop. From there, walk straight towards the waterfront along the Visserskaai. Visserskaai écluse will be a short walk away on your left.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Ostend. Start from the center of Ostend and head towards the coast. Follow the cycle path along the beach promenade until you reach Visserskaai. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes, and you will enjoy beautiful views of the coastline along the way.
