If you are driving to Parc de la Citadelle from any location in Pays de Herve, head towards the E40 motorway. Depending on your starting point, you may take the N61 or N30 to connect to the E40. Follow the E40 towards Liège. Take exit 34 towards Liège-Centre. Continue on the route, following signs for Liège-Centre. After about 10 minutes, you will reach Boulevard du 12ème de Ligne.
