If you are in the center of Tournai, head towards the Grand Place (Place Charles de Gaulle). From there, walk towards the Rue de la Tête d'Or. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Rue de la Reine. Turn left onto Rue de la Reine and proceed straight. After a short walk, you will reach Vieux Marché aux Poteries. The Belfry of Tournai will be prominently visible, located at the end of the street.

If you are further away from the center, take the local bus that stops at the Tournai train station. From the station, exit and take bus line 1 towards Tournai Centre. Disembark at the 'Grand Place' stop. From there, follow the previous walking directions towards Vieux Marché aux Poteries. The Belfry will be at the end of the street.
