From the Grand Place in Tournai, head north on Rue des Chapeliers toward Rue de la Tête d'Or. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Reine. Turn left onto Rue de la Reine and walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the river. Cross the bridge over the River Escaut. Once across, continue straight onto Quai des Victoires. After about 300 meters, you will see La Naiade statue located near the riverside at coordinates 50.6063299, 3.3925357.
