If you are in the center of Tournai, start at the Grand Place. From there, head north on Rue de la Tête d'Or. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach the junction with Rue de l'Escaut. Turn right onto Rue de l'Escaut and walk for approximately 300 meters. At the end of Rue de l'Escaut, turn left onto Rue de la Station. Follow this road until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Rue de l'Hôpital. Continue straight for about 500 meters. The carrières de l'Orient will be on your right. Look for the entrance, which is marked and accessible from the main road.
