Car
If you're driving from the city of Ghent, take the E40 highway towards Ostend. After about 40 minutes, take exit 8 for Brugge. Continue on the N31 and follow the signs for Brugge. Once you reach the city center, look for parking near 't Zand or the station. After parking, walk towards the Burg square and follow the signs to the Markt. De Garre is just a short walk from the Markt, located on a narrow street called De Garre.
Public Transportation
To reach De Garre using public transportation, take a train to Bruges from any major city in Belgium. Once you arrive at the Bruges train station, exit the station and head to the bus stop outside. Catch bus line 1 or 2 towards the city center and get off at the 'Markt' stop. From there, head towards the Markt square, and De Garre is just a short walk away on De Garre street, tucked away behind the main square.
Walking
If you're already in the city center of Bruges, you can easily walk to De Garre. Start at the Markt, the main square in Bruges, and locate the Belfry Tower. From the Belfry, head towards the narrow alley next to the 't Zwart Huis restaurant. This is De Garre street. Walk down this alley, and you'll find De Garre at number 1 on your left side.
