If you're traveling by car, navigate to Bruges by using the E40 motorway. Take the exit for Bruges (Exit 8) and follow the signs for the city center. Once you reach the center, follow signs for 'Balsemboomstraat.' Parking is available nearby, but be sure to check local parking regulations. The Oude Kazernepoort is located at Balsemboomstraat 91, 8000 Brugge, which is within walking distance from the parking areas.
Public Transportation (Train)
To reach Oude Kazernepoort by train, take a train to Bruges Station. Trains frequently run from major cities like Brussels, Ghent, and Ostend. Once you arrive at Bruges Station, exit the station and take bus line 1 or 4 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Belfort' stop, which is a short walk from Oude Kazernepoort. From the Belfort, head southeast on Markt and continue onto Balsemboomstraat. The destination will be on your right.
