    Walking

    Starting from the Ypres Market Square (Grote Markt), head southwest towards the Menin Gate. Walk along the main street (Kiplingstraat) until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Meenseweg (N308). Continue straight for about 2.5 kilometers. You will pass by several war memorials and the entrance to Ypres Salient. Keep an eye out for the signs indicating the MODEL WW1 TRENCH SITE, which will be on your left at Meenseweg 481.

    Public Transport

    From the Ypres train station, exit the station and find the bus stop located just outside. Take bus line 2 towards 'Zillebeke'. Stay on the bus for approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Meenseweg' stop. From there, walk back for about 300 meters towards the direction you came from, and you will find the MODEL WW1 TRENCH SITE at Meenseweg 481.
