From the center of Ypres, start at the Ypres Market Square (Grote Markt). Head east on Menenstraat towards the Ieperpoort. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the end. Take the second exit onto the N36 road. Walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the train station (Station Ieper). From the train station, take a train to Lille. Once you arrive at Lille Flandres Station, exit the station and head northeast on Rue de l'Hôpital. Follow this street as it turns into Rue de la République. Continue straight until you reach the Allée Arlette Gruss, where Zoo de Lille is located.
