Walking
From the center of Ypres, start at the Ypres Market Square (Grote Markt). Head east on Menenstraat towards the Ieperpoort. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the end. Take the second exit onto the N36 road. Walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the train station (Station Ieper). From the train station, take a train to Lille. Once you arrive at Lille Flandres Station, exit the station and head northeast on Rue de l'Hôpital. Follow this street as it turns into Rue de la République. Continue straight until you reach the Allée Arlette Gruss, where Zoo de Lille is located.

Once you arrive at Lille Flandres Station, exit the train and follow the signs to the main exit. From there, catch the metro Line 1 (direction 4 Cantons) and get off at the 'Lille Europe' stop. After exiting the metro, walk northeast on Rue de l'Hôpital, then turn onto Rue de la République. Walk straight until you reach Allée Arlette Gruss, where you will find Zoo de Lille.
