From the Ypres Market Square, head towards the Menin Gate. Walk along the 'Korte Smedenstraat' until you reach 'Diksmuidsestraat'. Turn left onto 'Diksmuidsestraat' and continue walking until you reach the 'Ypres Railway Station'. From the station, take the 'Veurne' road (N8) heading out of Ypres. Follow this road for about 1.5 km until you reach 'Vaartstraat'. Turn right onto 'Vaartstraat' and continue walking for about 500 meters. The Spoilbank Commonwealth War Graves Commission Cemetery will be on your left side.
Bicycle

Rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Ypres, preferably near the Market Square. Start by cycling towards the Menin Gate and then along 'Korte Smedenstraat'. When you reach 'Diksmuidsestraat', turn left and head towards 'Ypres Railway Station'. Once there, take the 'Veurne' road (N8) out of Ypres. Continue cycling for about 1.5 km until you find 'Vaartstraat'.
