    From the Zeebrugge Pier station, head southwest towards the Zeebrugge Dorp. Follow the signs for the bus stop and catch the bus number 33 or 34 to Bruges. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Bruges, disembark at the 'Brugge Station' stop. From there, walk towards the city center along the 'Stationsplein' street. Continue straight until you reach the 'Burg' square. The Bruges City Hall is located at Burg 12, right on the square. It is a prominent building, so you should see it easily.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Zeebrugge. Once you have your bike, head towards the coastal path that connects to Bruges. Follow the signs for 'Brugge' and enjoy a scenic ride along the canal paths. The ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Upon reaching Bruges, follow the signs directing you to the city center. Park your bike in one of the designated bike parking areas near Burg. The Bruges City Hall is located at Burg 12, just a short walk from the bike parking.

    Take the train from Zeebrugge to Bruges. The train station at Zeebrugge is called 'Zeebrugge-Dorp'. Board the train heading to Bruges, and the journey will take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Bruges train station, exit the station and follow the signs for the bus terminal. Take bus number 1 or 4 to 'Brugge Markt'. After getting off, walk towards the Burg square, where you will find the Bruges City Hall at Burg 12.
