Car
If you're driving, start from the center of Zenne Valley. Head southeast on the N930 road. Continue on N930 for approximately 10 kilometers. Look out for signs indicating Jemeppe-sur-Sambre, and as you approach the area, the Grotte de Spy will be on your right. There is a small parking area nearby where you can leave your car. Check for any parking fees upon arrival.
Public Transportation
To reach Grotte de Spy via public transportation, first, take a local bus from the Zenne Valley area to the nearest train station, which is Charleroi-Sud. From there, catch a train heading towards Namur. Disembark at the Jemeppe-sur-Sambre station. After exiting the station, you will need to walk approximately 25 minutes to reach Grotte de Spy. Head southeast on Rue de la Station, then take a left onto N930. Continue walking until you see signs for Grotte de Spy. Be sure to check the local bus and train schedules for any fare costs.
Hiking
For the adventurous, you can hike to Grotte de Spy. Start at the center of Jemeppe-sur-Sambre. Follow Rue de la Station to connect to the hiking trails leading to the cave. The trails may be steep and require good walking shoes. The hike is approximately 3 kilometers and will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your pace.
