From Belize City, take the Western Highway towards San Ignacio. Once in San Ignacio, continue on the Western Highway towards Benque Viejo del Carmen. Look for signs for the Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve. Follow these signs until you reach the entrance of the reserve. From there, follow the signs for Rio On Pools, which is located within the reserve.
