From Caracol, head southeast on the road leading out of the archaeological site. After approximately 10 miles, you will reach the junction with the George Price Highway. Turn right onto the highway. Continue driving for about 12 miles until you reach the town of San Ignacio. In San Ignacio, look for signs directing you to the road towards the Mountain Pine Ridge area. This road will be a left turn from the highway. Follow this road for about 10 miles, where you will see a sign for '1000 Foot Falls.' The falls will be located a short drive further down this road.
