Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the central area of Caracol. Head east on the main road towards San Ignacio. Continue straight for approximately 30 kilometers (about 18.6 miles). You will pass through the scenic countryside and may see signs for nearby attractions. Once you reach San Ignacio, look for Burns Avenue. Turn left onto Burns Avenue, and Tukan Shuttles & Adventures will be on your left at 29 Burns Avenue. There is usually parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you will need to take a bus from Caracol to San Ignacio. Look for the local bus station where buses frequently head to San Ignacio. The bus ride should take about 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in San Ignacio, disembark at the main bus terminal. From there, walk to Burns Avenue, which is a short distance away. Turn left on Burns Avenue, and Tukan Shuttles & Adventures will be located at 29 Burns Avenue. Be prepared to walk about 10 minutes from the bus terminal.
