From Belmopan, the capital of Belize, take the Hummingbird Highway (Hwy 2) heading south. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach the junction with the George Price Highway. Continue straight, and you will eventually see signs for Barton Creek. Keep an eye out for the signs indicating Barton Creek Cave, as this is a popular attraction in the area. The road will lead you to a small village; follow the main road until you reach the Barton Creek area. The drive should take about an hour from Belmopan.
