If you're driving from Belmopan, take the George Price Highway (Hummingbird Highway) towards Belize City. After approximately 20 miles, turn left onto the Southern Highway. Continue driving for about 12 miles until you reach Mile 12. Look for signs directing you to Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary. The entrance is located on the right side of the highway. Note that there is an entrance fee of approximately $10 BZD per person.
Public Transportation - Bus

From Belmopan, board a bus heading towards Dangriga and ask the driver to drop you off at Mile 12 Southern Highway. The bus ride will take about 45 minutes to an hour.
