Getting There

Car
From anywhere in Coastal Plains, head south towards Punta Gorda. Take the Southern Highway (Hummingbird Highway is the alternative). Follow the highway until you reach Punta Gorda town, which is approximately a 1.5 to 2-hour drive depending on traffic. Once in Punta Gorda, look for signs directing you to Ogaldez Street. Turn onto Ogaldez Street, and EcoTourism Belize will be located along this street. There is no parking fee in this area.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, find a bus heading to Punta Gorda from any major town in the Coastal Plains area. Buses typically leave frequently from designated bus stops or terminals. The journey to Punta Gorda should take around 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Punta Gorda bus terminal, exit the terminal and walk towards Ogaldez Street. It is approximately a 10-minute walk. Follow Ogaldez Street, and you will find EcoTourism Belize along this street. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips.
