After reaching the roundabout at the junction with the road to Orange Walk, continue straight towards the village of Copper Bank. Once you arrive in Copper Bank, look for signs pointing to Cerros. The archaeological site is located at the coordinates 18.355826099999998, -88.35123279999999, which is around 2 miles (3.2 km) from the main road, requiring a short detour onto a dirt road.
