From Crooked Tree Wildlife Sanctuary, start by heading south on the main road towards the village of Crooked Tree. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with the Northern Highway (Philip Goldson Highway). Turn left onto the Northern Highway and continue driving for approximately 30 miles (48 km) towards Belize City. As you approach Belize City, you will see signs for the city center. Follow these signs until you reach Regent Street. St John Anglican Cathedral is located at 86 Regent St, which is easily visible as you drive through the city.

To reach St John Anglican Cathedral via public transportation, you can take a bus from Crooked Tree to Belize City. Buses typically leave from the main bus stop in Crooked Tree; check local schedules for exact times. The bus ride to Belize City will take around 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive at the main bus terminal in Belize City, exit the terminal and walk towards the city center. Head south on Albert Street, then turn right onto Regent Street. Continue walking for a few blocks until you reach St John Anglican Cathedral at 86 Regent St.
