From Dangriga, head to the main bus terminal located on the southern end of town. Look for the buses heading towards the southern districts, specifically those going to Placencia or Punta Gorda. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary entrance. The journey takes approximately 30-45 minutes.

Once you have been dropped off at the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary entrance, you will need to walk approximately 2 miles to reach the Jaguar Reserve Nature Center. Follow the main dirt road that leads into the sanctuary. Keep an eye out for directional signs towards the Jaguar Reserve; it will be on your left as you walk further into the reserve.
