If you are driving, head east on the Mountain Pine Ridge Road from the center of the Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve. Continue for approximately 7 miles until you reach the intersection with the Hummingbird Highway. Turn left onto the Hummingbird Highway and drive for about 4 miles until you see the sign for St. Herman's Blue Hole National Park on your right. Turn right onto the dirt road leading to the park entrance. Note that there is a small entrance fee of around $5 USD per person to enter the park.
