Car
From the center of Mountain Pine Ridge, head southeast on the main road towards the junction with the Hummingbird Highway (about 10 km). At the junction, turn left onto the Hummingbird Highway. Continue on the highway for approximately 15 km until you reach the turnoff for Belmopan. Look for signs indicating 'Belmopan/Franks Eddy'. Turn right onto the road leading to Franks Eddy. Continue on this road for about 5 km until you reach Caves Branch Outpost, which will be on your left. There is a parking area available for visitors.
Public Transportation
To reach Caves Branch Outpost via public transportation, start at the nearest bus stop in Mountain Pine Ridge. Look for a bus heading to Belmopan. The bus fare is usually around BZ$5. Ask the bus driver to let you off at the Franks Eddy junction. From there, you will need to walk approximately 5 km to Caves Branch Outpost. Alternatively, you may be able to find a taxi at the junction for a quicker ride. Taxi fares will vary, but expect to pay around BZ$15-20 for the short trip.
