If you are driving from the town of San Ignacio, head south on the George Price Highway (Hummingbird Highway) for about 15 miles (24 km). Look for signs indicating the turnoff to the Barton Creek Cave Reserve. Turn left onto the Barton Creek Road, which will take you through some beautiful countryside. Continue on this road for approximately 4.5 miles (7 km) until you see the entrance to the reserve on your right. There may be a small parking fee, so be prepared for that.
