Car Rental

If you are renting a car in Ambergris Caye, head south on the main road (Barrier Reef Drive) toward Secret Beach. Follow the signs for Secret Beach, which is approximately a 30-minute drive from San Pedro. Once you reach Secret Beach, park in the designated parking areas near the beach. From there, you can walk to Castaway Caye, which is located at Secret Beach Water Park Bar & Grill.

Taxi

For those who prefer not to drive, taking a taxi is a convenient option. Simply ask your hotel to call a taxi or find one in San Pedro. Inform the driver that your destination is Secret Beach. The fare should cost around $25 to $30 BZD and will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Secret Beach, you can walk directly to Castaway Caye.

Public Water Taxi

Another option is to take a public water taxi from San Pedro to Secret Beach. Water taxis frequently depart from the dock in San Pedro. The ride will take about 20 minutes and costs approximately $20 BZD each way.
