Car
From the town of Belmopan, take the Hummingbird Highway (Hwy 1) south towards Dangriga. Continue on the Hummingbird Highway for approximately 20 miles (32 km) until you reach the junction with the Southern Highway (Hwy 2). Turn right onto the Southern Highway and drive for about 5 miles (8 km). Look for the signs indicating the entrance to Blue Hole National Park. Turn left at the entrance and follow the road until you reach the parking area for St. Herman's Cave. The cave entrance is a short walk from the parking area.
Public Transportation
From Belmopan, take a bus heading towards Dangriga. Ensure to inform the driver that you want to get off at the junction for the Southern Highway. The bus ride typically costs around BZD 5-10 and takes about 30-45 minutes. Once you reach the junction, you can either wait for a passing bus or taxi heading towards the Blue Hole National Park. Taxi rides from the junction to the park may cost around BZD 15-25. Upon arriving at the park, follow the signs to St. Herman's Cave, which is a short walk from the entrance.
