If you are driving from any location within The Cayes, start by heading towards the mainland. You can take a water taxi from Caye Caulker or San Pedro to Belize City, which typically costs around $20-$25 USD. Once in Belize City, you will need to rent a car or take a taxi. Drive west on the George Price Highway (Hwy 1) towards Belmopan. Continue straight for about 31.5 miles until you reach the Monkey Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, located on the left side of the highway. Look for the entrance sign.
