Xunantunich & Inland Bluehole from Hopkins
Went to Cahal Pech instead
Our guide Linden decided to take us to a different Mayan Ruins. He said the main thing to do at this one is just walk up the steps to see the view and walk back down...when we said we wouldnt be doing that, (my husband is 73 and has a bad back) he took us to Cahal Pech which were fantastic ruins we could walk about in and climb a few steps to get into the temples. We skipped the blue hole, again because of the steps and the fact that it looked so muddy and dirty.

Xunantunich and In land Blue Hole from Placencia
Gotta do it!
Great experience. The site is amazing. Lots of walking and stair climbing! It’s a 3 hours drive from placencia. Lunch was delish and the blue hole was refreshing. Or guide Dorian was wonderful!
