If you are driving from Belize City, head west on the Philip Goldson Highway (formerly known as Highway 1). Continue for about 12 miles (approximately 20 minutes) until you reach the intersection at the town of Ladyville. Turn right onto the road heading towards the Belize Olde River. Continue straight for about 3.5 miles, and you will find Belize River Lodge on your right. Make sure to keep an eye out for the sign indicating the lodge.

To reach Belize River Lodge by public bus, start at the main bus terminal in Belize City. Take a bus heading towards Belmopan. Inform the conductor that you need to get off at Ladyville.
