Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Phuentsholing town center. Head northwest on the main road (also known as the Phuentsholing-Gelephu Highway). Continue driving for about 10 kilometers. Look for the turn-off to the Unnamed Road towards Alapan's View Point; it will be marked. Turn onto this road and drive for an additional 2 kilometers until you reach Alapan's View Point. There is parking available near the viewpoint.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a local bus from Phuentsholing to the nearest village on the Phuentsholing-Gelephu Highway. Buses run frequently and cost around 30-50 Nu. Once you get off, you will need to walk about 2 kilometers to reach Alapan's View Point. Alternatively, you can hire a taxi from Phuentsholing, which might cost around 300-500 Nu, depending on your negotiation skills and the time of day.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Alapan's View Point and prefer to walk, start from the nearest bus stop on the Phuentsholing-Gelephu Highway. Follow the road towards the Unnamed Road leading to Alapan's View Point. It is a scenic walk of approximately 2 kilometers, taking about 30-40 minutes. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water, especially in warm weather.
