From Chhukha District, take the main road towards Punakha. Drive for approximately 30 minutes (around 20 km) until you reach the town of Wangdue Phodrang. Once in Wangdue, follow the signs towards Punakha. After about 15 km, you will reach a fork; take the left fork towards Punakha. Continue driving for another 15 km until you reach the Punakha Dzong. From there, follow the signs for Chimi Lhakhang, which is about a 15-minute drive away. Park your vehicle in the designated parking area near the temple.
