From Gasa, start your journey heading south on the Gasa-Punakha Highway (also known as the Gasa-Wangdue Highway). Continue driving for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction to the Wangdue Phodrang district. At the junction, take a right turn and follow the road signs towards Wangdue Phodrang. Once you reach Wangdue Phodrang, continue traveling south until you reach the town of Phuentsholing, which is about 90 kilometers away from Wangdue. The drive may take around 3 to 4 hours depending on road conditions. Once in Phuentsholing, Zangtopelri is located at V96M+P3W, so you can use GPS for precise navigation.

From Gasa, take a local bus or shared taxi heading towards Wangdue Phodrang. Buses leave regularly from Gasa to Wangdue and the fare is usually around 200-300 Ngultrum. The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Wangdue Phodrang, you will need to transfer to another bus or taxi heading to Phuentsholing. The fare for this leg of the journey is approximately 300-400 Ngultrum and takes around 2 to 3 hours. Upon reaching Phuentsholing, you can use GPS to navigate to Zangtopelri located at V96M+P3W.
