If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Lhuentse town. Head southeast on the main road towards the Semtokha area. Continue driving for approximately 15 kilometers. Watch for signs directing you to Simtokha Dzong, which is located at 846 Je Bamo Lam SE, Tshatshobaykha. There is parking available near the entrance.

If you prefer public transportation, take a local bus or shared taxi from Lhuentse town to the Semtokha area. Buses usually depart from the main bus station in Lhuentse. Confirm with the driver that they are heading to Semtokha Dzong. The fare is typically around 50-100 Ngultrum (BTN). Once you arrive at Semtokha, it is a short walk to the Dzong, which is well-signposted.
