Start from the center of Mongar town. Head west towards the main road and follow the signs for the Babesa-Thimphu Expressway. Continue walking on the main road, which may take you through some local neighborhoods. After approximately 20-30 minutes, you will reach the junction where the Babesa-Thimphu Expressway begins. At this junction, turn left onto the expressway. Keep walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will see signs directing you to the Royal Botanical Garden Serbithang on your right. Follow the path leading into the garden entrance.

Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Mongar. Begin your journey by cycling west towards the main road. Once on the main road, follow the directions for the Babesa-Thimphu Expressway. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes, depending on your speed. After reaching the expressway, continue cycling straight for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for the signs that direct you to the Royal Botanical Garden Serbithang; the entrance will be on your right-hand side.
