Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the Paro Airport, exit the airport and head south towards the main road (Bhutan Highway). Once you reach the highway, turn left and follow it for about 2 kilometers until you reach the town of Paro. When you reach Paro, continue walking straight through the town center, passing the Paro Dzong on your right. After about another 1 kilometer, you will see signs for the Paro Dzongkhag Archery Ground on your left. The archery ground is located at coordinates CCG8+XW3, which is just off the main road.

If you are in the Paro town center (near the Post Office), walk towards the Paro Dzong. From the Dzong, head down the main road and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for the archery ground on your left. It is a short walk from the Dzong, and you will be able to see the open area where archery events are held.

If you are at the Paro Rinpung Dzong, exit the Dzong and walk towards the main road. Turn right and follow the road for about 1 kilometer.
