If you are starting from the Paro Town Center, head east on the main street, towards the Paro Dzong. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the airport. At this intersection, turn left and continue walking for another 5 minutes until you see Sonam Trophel Restaurant on your right. It's located near the river, and the restaurant has a clear sign outside.

From the Paro Taktsang (Tiger's Nest) parking area, walk back towards the main road. Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking down for about 20 minutes until you get to the town center. From there, follow the previous instructions to reach Sonam Trophel Restaurant.

If you find yourself near the National Museum of Bhutan, exit the museum and head towards the main road. Turn right and walk downhill for approximately 15 minutes. You will pass the Paro Dzong on your left. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the airport road. Turn left, and after about 5 minutes, Sonam Trophel Restaurant will be on your right.
