Car
If you are driving to Kueghi Pokto from the main area of Phobjikha Valley, start by heading towards the main road (Bhutan's National Highway 110). Follow the signs towards Gangtey Monastery. After about 15 minutes, you will see a sign for Sawaphu. Turn left onto the road leading to Sawaphu. Continue on this road for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the coordinates C6M5+FGQ. Kueghi Pokto will be located on your right-hand side as you approach the area.
Public Transportation
To reach Kueghi Pokto via public transportation, first, take a local bus or shared taxi from the main bus stand in Phobjikha Valley towards Gangtey. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Sawaphu. The bus ride will take about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Sawaphu, you may need to walk approximately 15-20 minutes to reach Kueghi Pokto, following the local roads and asking for directions if needed. The landmark is approximately 1 km from the bus stop.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Sawaphu, you can walk to Kueghi Pokto. From the center of Sawaphu, head towards the main road and follow it southward for about 1 km. You will pass a few local shops and houses. Keep an eye out for Kueghi Pokto on your left as you approach the coordinates C6M5+FGQ. The walk should take approximately 20-30 minutes.
