I had an incredible experience with SoulTrips, especially with our guide, Tshewang Dema, and our driver, Thinley Dorji. Before the trip, I was honestly a little nervous about paying USD 1,500 to a company without a physical office in Nepal. However, I decided to take the risk because the sales representative was excellent, very professional, and gave me all the space I needed to think about the decision without any pressure. Once we arrived, Tshewang and Thinley were absolutely wonderful. They were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and made us feel at home from the very beginning. Tshewang explained everything very well, and both of them went above and beyond to make our experience special. All the activities included in the itinerary were amazing. Tiger’s Nest was definitely the highlight, together with the first temple we visited near the historic bridge. I also have to give a special mention to Rema Resort — probably the best place I have stayed in in the last few years. Absolutely incredible! The support throughout the trip was excellent, and everything was handled very professionally. I would absolutely recommend SoulTrips, Druk Air Asia, Tshewang and Thinley. Bhutan Inbound was very accommodating from the beginning. I got sick just before our original departure date, and the owner was kind enough to help us reschedule without any problems. He also helped us customize our itinerary to match our interests and pace. We didn’t feel rushed, and we were able to spend more time at places we were really excited about. That flexibility made the whole trip feel more personal and enjoyable. We booked a private tour, and it was definitely worth it. Our guide, Pema, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to answer questions. He shared a lot of stories and facts about Bhutanese culture, religion, and history that helped us understand the country more deeply. Our driver, Nima, was also great. He was very professional and polite, and we always felt safe with him on the road. Bhutan has a lot of winding mountain roads, but he drove carefully and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. He was also great at keeping the car clean and offering water. Some of our favorite parts of the trip were visiting the Tiger’s Nest Monastery, trying Bhutanese dishes, and seeing the beautiful mountain views. We also really enjoyed visiting local temples and learning about Buddhist customs from Pema. Overall, this was a memorable and well-organized trip. The way everything was handled made it a great experience. We felt taken care of every step of the way. If we ever go to Bhutan again, we would definitely choose this company again.

Wonderful experience with this agency. Very responsive and knowledgeable and professional. They were flexible to our requirements and specific needs of our family. Our guide was Tandin and our driver was Jigme. They were both really nice and friendly and well spoken. Tandin was amazing with my son on the hike up to Tigers Nest. We spent a whole week together and everything went smoothly. Bhutan is a beautiful place and the people are lovely. Highly recommend!
