From the center of Punakha, head towards the Punakha Dzong, which is a prominent landmark. Once you reach the Dzong, continue in the direction of the suspension bridge over the Pho Chhu River. Cross the bridge, enjoying the beautiful views. After crossing the bridge, keep walking straight along the path that leads you beside the river. Follow the riverbank for about 20-30 minutes. You will see signs directing you to Mochu Rafting Point. The rafting point is located near the Khamsum Yueli Namgyal Temple, which will be visible as you approach.
