The Chowki Picnic Spot is located within the park area. Please note that there might be an entry fee for the park, so ensure to carry some cash.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, you can catch a local bus or shared taxi from the Samdrup Jongkhar bus station to the nearest town towards Manas National Park. Ask the driver to drop you at the junction for Manas National Park. From there, you may need to hire a taxi or walk to reach Chowki Picnic Spot, which is about 5-6 km inside the national park. Be prepared for possible entry fees to the park.
