From Sarpang town, head east on the main road towards Gelephu. Continue along the road for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the fork near the village of Dhamdum. Take the left fork towards Kulumb La Pass. The road will wind through scenic landscapes. After about 10 kilometers, you will reach the base of Kulumb La Pass. Note that the last stretch may be unpaved, so drive carefully.
