From Sarpang, take the main road heading north towards Thimphu. After approximately 80 kilometers, you will enter the capital city of Thimphu. Follow the signs for Chhoten Lam, and once you reach the area, look for the National Memorial Chhorten located on Chhoten Lam street. Parking is available nearby but may incur a small fee.
