    Car

    From Sarpang, head northwest on the main road towards Gelephu. Continue straight for about 15 kilometers until you reach the junction at Chuzagang. At the junction, take a right turn towards Motithang. After approximately 7 kilometers, follow the signs leading to the Royal Takin Preserve. The entrance is located at coordinates 27.4817741, 89.6114265. Parking is available at the preserve.

    Public Transportation

    From Sarpang, take a local bus heading towards Gelephu. After about 15 kilometers, get off at the Chuzagang junction. From there, you can either hire a taxi or wait for a local shared taxi that goes towards Motithang. The taxi ride will take approximately 15 minutes and will cost around Nu. 50-100. Once you reach Motithang, follow the signs to the Royal Takin Preserve, which is about a 10-minute walk from the main road.
