Car
From Sarpang, head north on the main road (NH 8) towards Gelephu. Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction for Amguri. Turn left at the junction and follow the signs towards Amguri. After about 10 km, you will arrive at the Saralpara River Bank area, which is located beyond the town of Amguri. Keep an eye out for local signs indicating the river bank area.
Public Transportation
From Sarpang, take a local bus or shared taxi heading towards Gelephu. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Amguri. The journey should take about 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on road conditions. Once in Amguri, you can hire a local tuk-tuk or walk towards the river bank, which is about 2 km from the town center. Ensure you have some cash on hand for the local transportation costs.
Walking
If you find yourself in Amguri after taking public transportation, you can choose to walk to the Saralpara River Bank. The walk is about 2 km and will take you through some scenic local areas. Follow the road signs for Saralpara and enjoy the views along the way. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
