If you are driving from Sarpang, head northeast on the main highway (Bumthang - Ura Hwy). Continue for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the town of Trongsa. The Taa-Dzong is located at FGX5+P2H, Bumthang - Ura Hwy, Trongsa, which is well-signposted. There is generally no parking fee, but ensure that you park in designated areas.
