If you are starting from the Clock Tower Square, head east along Norzin Lam. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Kawangjangsa. Turn left onto Kawangjangsa and walk for about 500 meters. You will see a sign for Norzin Lam 1 on your right.
