Exceptional service and experience

Amazing experience! The company looked after our every need and comfort. The trek was beautiful and a once in a lifetime opportunity. The entourage of horses were well managed by Rinchen. Big thanks to Sonam who carried all our food and cared for our every need during our trek! Additonally the food was some of the best (and most, we have never been so full!) thanks to the chef Tobgay. Our driver Thukten was very patient helping us get to embassies and pick up things we had left behind! And our guide Tandin was very informative and ensured the whole experience went smoothly. Excellent email communication from Madhu leading up the trip as well. Cannot recommend this company enough for your Bhutan holiday!

Well organised, flexible and informative. I chose Bhutan Best Inbound Tour based on other good reviews, the price and fast response time (booking via WhatsApp). The admin team were very fast to arrange my trip and visa. This was a very last minute trip, only organised 2-3 days prior. I would recommend longer to ensure a guaranteed visa, however the team worked flawlessly to arrange this for me. Upon arrival in Paro, Bhutan I was met by the fantastic Guide Tandin Wangchuk and Driver Tshewang. Both guide and driver spoke excellent English and created a relaxed, informative and flexible solo tour for me. The team were able to answer any of my questions, modify the travel plans (if necessary) and provide very enjoyable company over the 4 days. I could not recommend this pair more. The hotels and food provided were of excellent standard. A really healthy mix of local culture with modern amenities. The itinerary provided involved all of the sites one would wish to see. Something very unique about this company is that they give you the opportunity to light 108 butter lamps at the start of your trip for good fortune and merit. A truly unique experience which was of course included in the competitive tour package price. Overall, I will be back and will book again with this company without hesitation.
