Car
From Zhemgang town, take the road heading south towards the Gonphu area. Drive for approximately 30 minutes (about 15 km). Follow the signs toward Gonphu, and when you reach the vicinity of the village, use a GPS or map to navigate to the coordinates (27.1539° N, 90.8093° E) which will lead you to Buli Tsho. There is no parking directly at the lake, so you may need to park nearby and walk to the shore.
Public Transportation
From Zhemgang, take a local bus or shared taxi heading to Gonphu. The bus station is located in the town center. The journey should take around 30 minutes and cost approximately 50 Ngultrum. Once you arrive in Gonphu, you may need to hire a local taxi or arrange a ride with a local to reach the lake, as public transport may not reach the exact location. Expect to pay around 200 Ngultrum for the short taxi ride to Buli Tsho.
Walking
If you are staying close to Gonphu, you can walk to Buli Tsho. From the center of Gonphu, head towards the east following the local paths. The walk might take about 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on your pace. Ensure you have good walking shoes and water, as the terrain can be uneven.
