If you are driving from La Paz, head south on Avenida 6 de Agosto towards Avenida Libertador. Continue on Avenida Libertador until you reach the intersection with the road to El Alto. Merge onto the road that leads to El Alto and take the exit towards Villa Fatima. From Villa Fatima, follow the signs towards Valle De Las Animas. The drive takes approximately 1 hour depending on traffic. Make sure to have a GPS or a map as the roads can be confusing.

To reach Valle De Las Animas using public transportation, take a minibus from La Paz to El Alto. Look for minibuses that say 'El Alto' or 'Villa Fatima' on the front. The fare is approximately 2-3 BOB (Bolivian Bolivianos). Once in El Alto, transfer to a local bus heading towards Valle De Las Animas. The total travel time may take around 1.5 to 2 hours.
